Pemprov Jabar Dorong Pariwisata Jadi Kunci Pemulihan Ekonomi
TODAY.ID | BANDUNG – Selain Investasi, Pemerintah Jabar juga mendorong sektor pariwisata yang dianggap akan jadi kunci pemulihan ekonomi di Jabar.
Ketua Harian Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Pemulihan dan Transformasi Ekonomi Daerah (PTED) Provinsi Jabar, Antonius Harso Waluyo Witono mengatakan dengan besarnya populasi Jabar yang mencapai 4,63 juta, bisa menjadi kekuatan tersendiri untuk membangkitkan ekonomi.
Dengan orang-orang yang solid dan keragam di Jabar menurut Antonius, pariwisata bisa jadi kunci pemulihan ekonomi, apalagi ketika ada added value sehingga bisa membuka lapangan kerja.
Hal itu, ia sampaikan pada saat acara West Java Investment Summit (WJI) 2021, pada 22 Oktober 2021.
Dia menambahkan pandemi Covid-19 mengajarkan untuk saling membantu dan bekerja sama untuk melewati masa yang sulit. Salah satu sektor yang dinilai mampu menjadi kunci pemulihan ekonomi yakni pariwisata, terutama dengan kekayaan alam yang dimiliki Jabar.
Pada kuartal III-2021 sudah terbukti pertumbuhan ekonomi Jabar 6,13% hampir sama dengan Korea Selatan yang mencapai 6%. Padahal, pada kuartal I 2020 ekonomi Jabar tumbuh hanya 2,73% dan makin parah pada kuartal II-2020 sebesar -5,98% dan pada kuartal III-2020 sebesar -4,08%.
Antonius mengatakan selama ini Satgas pemulihan bergerak cukup baik bahkan menumbuhkan kerja sama yang disebut Silih Tulungan yang manfaatnya bisa dirasakan hingga saat ini, baik oleh pengusaha dan juga masyarakat.
Dengan momentum pemulihan dan ekonomi bergerak, Antonius mengajak investor untuk bisa ikut berkontribusi dalam pemulihan ekonomi di Jabar dan juga menikmati keindahannya.
Sebelumnya, Wakil Gubernur Jawa Barat Uu Ruzhanul Ulum berharap investasi yang masuk ke Jabar bisa membuat pemerataan ekonomi di Jabar. Uu juga mengharapkan pemulihan ekonomi di Jawa Barat bukan hanya dirasakan segelintir daerah atau pengusaha, melainkan bisa merata.
“Pemprov Jawa Barat memiliki tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan, selain meningkatkan ekonomi, Pak Gubernur juga ingin pemerataan dan keadilan. Inovasi juga harus dilakukan agar yang naik bukan kawasan, daerah, atau komunitas yang itu-itu saja,” tegas Uu.***
