Petugas DKP3 Kota Sukabumi Temukan Cacing Hati pada Daging Kurban

JMNChannel.com | Petugas pemantau penyembelihan Dinas Ketahanan, Pangan, Pertanian, dan Perikanan (DKP3) Kota Sukabumi menemukan adanya cacing hati pada organ sapi yang menjadi hewan kurban.

Tak hanya itu, pemenuan cacing hati pada hewan kurban juga terjadi di dua lokasi berbeda.

“Berdasarkan laporan dari petugas di lapangan, ditemukan adanya cacing hati biasa pada dua ekor hewan kurban di dua titik berbeda,” kata Kepala Bidang Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan DKP3 Kota Sukabumi Dian Sucianti saat dihubungi, Selasa (20/7/2021).

Meski begitu, dia menyebut. keberadaan cacing hati tersebut tidak terlalu berbahaya dan masih layak untuk dikonsumsi dengan membuang cacing hati yang ada di organ hewan kurban tersebut.

“Layak konsumsi, dibuang saja organ yang ada cacingnya. Tapi, kalau cacingnya banyak organ hatinya tidak boleh dimakan,” ucapnya.

Dian mengungkapkan, sampai saat ini pihaknya belum bisa menyebutkan jumlah total hewan kurban dan lokasi penyembelihan yang ada di Kota Sukabumi. Pasalnya, penyembelihan hewan kurban masih akan berlanjut hingga beberapa hari ke depan.

“Datanya belum semua, masih pada input melalui google. Selain itu, pelaksanaannya pun masih berlangsung sampai tanggal 23 Juli,” ungkapnya.

Dian menyampaikan, hingga saat ini pelaksanaan kurban di Kota Sukabumi berjalan aman dan lancar. Artinya, petugas pemantau dari DKP3 Kita Sukabumi belum menemukan hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan.

“Selain ditemukannya ada cacing hati pada dua hewan kurban, sementara ini masih aman,” tandasnya.(Red)
